Join guest instructor, Jene` Rossi for a fun filled Post Thanksgiving Detox Vinyasa Flow class. This class will focus on poses designed to detoxify your body and aid in digestion and elimination. Jene` will lead you through an efficient Power Vinyasa Flow designed specifically to work your outer body, while you heal and cleanse your inner body with transformative twisting poses and much more. You’ll also raise your metabolism, build lean muscle and gain flexibility. You will leave completely energized and feeling like you’ve been massaged and had your butt kicked all at the same time!

 Instructor Note: This class will be heated and is recommended for strong beginners to advanced students.

Master Teacher Jene` Rossi is a Utica native and is a certified registered yoga instructor with the National Yoga Alliance and is a Usui Reiki Master/Teacher. Her extensive yoga studies include training with world renowned yoga Masters and has been teaching since 2001. Jene` has studied Mediumship, ancient Shamanism and attended the Open Doors School of Energy Healing. Meditating on your own can be challenging at first. The mind is busy and distractions may cause you to end your sit ealier than you intended. Yet, meditation is essential for a clear mind and healthy body, so you must break through these challenges to access stillness and find bliss.

Meditation I- Basic Practices April 4, 2009 6am-9am

In this meditation workshop, group intent and support will help you move beyond "monkey mind", through the distractions and above the sense into the state of clarity and stillness. Learn and let this workshop be the beginning of a wonderful new life practice.

Meditation II - Meditation Techniques April 4, 2009 10am-1pm

In this meditation workshop, you will learn techniques that help you to quickly access that pure state of clarity and stillness for the purpose of receiving guidance and reassurance from our higher minds, super consciousness and Divine Creator.

Meditation III - Creating and Leading Guided Meditations April 5, 2009 6am-9am

Guided meditation is an amazing tool that can be used to amplify positive feelings, heal distress and dis-ease, balance chakras and eliminate stress. How can you create your own guided meditation and how can you guide others for positive transformation? In this workshop, you will learn how and do it.

Meditation IV - Guided Meditations for Positive Living Technology

April 5, 2009 10-1pm

The Seven Petals Technique is a guided meditation that aligns the mind, body and spirit with our Truth, purpose and joy. Learn more about this positive living technology and how to lead yourself and others through this fast and effective guided meditation technique.
