We offer a dynamic style of Hatha Yoga, called Vinyasa Krama Yoga. Our focus is on mind/body awareness and education. Through mindful breath and precise postures, your body is encouraged to find its potential and move beyond its limitations. Our trained and certified instructors offer their unique interpretation of this easy and highly efficient style of Yoga, so classes are always interesting and fresh.

Open Yoga and Core Yoga Classes

Open and Core Yoga classes are great for all new-comers and seasoned yogis. These classes do require that you can comfortably stand, sit, and get up and down from the floor. While Open Yoga Classes focus on relaxation and flexibilty, Core Yoga classes focus on strength and endurance. Classes are one-hour and include a relaxation meditation.

Chair Yoga

For those needing a more gentle approach, Chair Yoga is a one-hour class focusing on upper body flexibility, spinal alignment, and breathwork. This class is ideal for the elderly and those with health concerns like Diabetes and obesity.
