Yoga Instructor I
Red Belt
200-hour Study intensive and teacher certification. Vinyasa Krama style of Yoga. Includes traditional teachings and conceptual study. Prepares the Instructor to lead beginner and intermediate Yoga, Core Yoga and Meditation classes. Introductory study of body movement and body release techniques for fitness and healing. Certification to include breath and body movement, chakra development and importance.
Yoga Instructor II
Gold Belt
500-hour self-paced study intensive and teacher certification. Students must complete Red Belt requirements and continue for another Intermediate and advanced level postures with Vinyasa Krama style of Yoga and Body Integration. Prepares the Instructor to lead intermediate and advanced Yoga and Meditation classes. Deepened study of body movement and body release techniques, which requires personal commitment to meditation, chanting, and creative application of yoga into lifestyle. Certification to include breath and body movement, chakra development and personal empowerment.
Positive Transformation Fitness Coaching
Green Belt
Positive Transformation Coaching with a focus on Fitness.
Courses include the tri-level of certification of PTC with Red and Gold Belt Certification in Yoga and Body Integration.
