For your comfort and for the comfort of others, please remember:
• Every visit requires that you check-in and check-out at the front desk with valid ID or Drivers License.

• Arrive 15-minutes before your first appointment and at least 10-minutes thereafter to give yourself proper time to shower and change. Facility fees apply and we require you to wear spa footwear beyond the Lotus Lounge.

• Please guarantee all reservations for services and fitness classes with a credit card. This card will be charged in the event that you miss your reservation without giving us adequate notice. For all reservations, we require six business hours notice to cancel without a penalty. Please call no later than the night before if your session or class begins before 1 p.m. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged to this card at 100% of the cost of the visit.

• We encourage all visitors to the tubs, sauna and massage services to shower prior to using the facility.

• Lock your belongings in a locker or keep your personal items with you. Seven Petals Wellness is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

• Turn off all cell phones, pagers, watch alarms, etc.

• This is a cologne and perfume-free environment. All natural essential oils are permitted and are used in services offered in this facility.

• Keep your voice at a normal to low level as classes and private appointments are in session.

• Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times. Adolescents under the age of 18 must have a waiver signed by a legal parent or guardian to use the facility and its services.

• Healthy habits are encouraged. Absolutely no smoking on premises. If you require food on site, we thank you for choosing healthier snacks.
