Before collaboration can begin there is a necessary release and surrender of stress, tension, and attitude.  Using sweat and guided visualization Seven Petals leaders will take your team through a clarity sweat that will establish the energy for collaboration.  The heat of the sauna will melt away tension and create an open attitude essential for clear dialogue.  The sweat  is a great way to melt down resistance, heal controversial tensions and absolve differences.  The sweat will allow your team to feel relaxed and able to let go.

In the confidential space of vision quest forum you team Seven Petals leadership coaches will guide your team into the quest for new vision and direction.  In forum we will be breaking through self limitations and restrictive beliefs.  Your leadership coaches will use  neutral  mediation  and witnessing to move the forum into new directions and opportunities.  They will hold the team on task and in focus using meditation and visioning techniques specific to Seven Petals.  Your team will learn to witness all opportunities and fine tune action steps.

A Decisive Action Plan for Deliberate Results

Once neutrality has been established and communication is bridged Seven Petals leaders will direct your team to create an action plan and a step by step supportive approach to new team dynamics and continued dialogue.  Based on the vision questing results your team will develop a unifier for direction.  The unifier will be used and activated through focused meditation to hold your team accountable for following the new plan.
